1. Who we are!

Build A Bowl is an upcoming Food Service/Restaurant/Meal Prep... Basically think Pizza Delivery Place but with the goal of making Healthy, Affordable, Fast Food. 

Currently in America the food that is fast and cheap, that fits our budget and schedule - is TERRIBLE for us!  But without a choice, we often fall back on this unhealthy Fast Food day in day out. After years of this, we find ourselves in need of medicine to treat Blood Pressure, Cholesterol or Type 2 Diabetes issues... but the prescriptions don't cure the issue... see you next month for your refill!

One day I realized "If you fix the food, you won't need the medicine"!!!  So how do we do that? 

The answer is surprisingly simple: Make healthy food, fast and cheap.

Build A Bowl does just that!  We are the re-launch of a meal prep service that takes the guesswork out of eating healthy!  Pre-cooked, pre-portioned, pre-seasoned with low or no sodium seasoning and pre-packaged so all you have to do is heat it up... and eat it :)
